Qire signs to 20 Chapel Street

Qire has taken 4,000 sq ft of office space at Rumford Investments' 20 Chapel Street building in Liverpool city centre.

The voice messaging technology specialist is in the process of fitting out its new accommodation and will move into the premises from early May this year.

Qire will join tenants including Liverpool Football Club, Barclays Corporate, Barclays Wealth, and Bank of Ireland.

The company provides a service within the utilities and banking sectors including, Lloyds Banking Group, the Co-op, United Utilities, Southern Water and Eon and its technology is also used within the healthcare sector.

Mason Owen, Hitchcock Wright & Partners and DTZ are joint agents on 20 Chapel Street.

Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
