PWA hires two

PWA Planning in Preston has recruited Daniel Hughes as senior planner and Mateo Espinosa as assistant planner.

Hughes moved from CH2M HILL in Warrington where he built up a specialism within infrastructure planning, working alongside the Highways Agency, United Utilities and the Environment Agency, advising clients on a wide range of development projects from initial appraisal through to construction and operation.

Espinosa was employed at Bellway Homes in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, providing planning support to its in-house planning team.

There are now six people in the PWA Preston office.

Paul Walton, director of PWA Planning, said: "I would like to welcome Dan and Mateo to the team. I feel sure that they will be great assets to PWA Planning and to our clients, bringing considerable planning experience and with excellent skills to add to the experienced planning team."
