Puma doubles Manchester office base

Sportswear giant Puma has taken 5,000 sq ft on the fifth floor of Canada House in central Manchester.
Puma took 6,350 sq ft on the sixth floor of the Chepstow Street building last year. The German firm will pay £16/sq ft on a ten-year lease with five-year break for the space, owned by private investors.
Edwards & Co advised the landlords. Beattie Partnership acted for Puma.
