Pugh’s July auction guide prices slashed

Auctioneer Pugh & Company has reduced guide prices by as much as 30% on several lots in its forthcoming sale at Old Trafford on 16 July.
The auction house declined to give reasons for the price reductions other than vendor instructions.
The lots affected are as follows:
- White Horse Inn, 30 High Street, Little Lever, Bolton. Guide Price: £130,000 – £150,000. Previously £200,000 – £210,000
- Bridgefield Hotel, 150 High Street, Stalybridge. Guide Price: £100,000 – £130,000. Previously £130,000 – £140,000
- Dray Hotel, Mullion Close, Runcorn. Guide Price: £110,000 – £140,000. Previously £150,000 – £160,000
- Old Town House, 95 Buttermarket Street, Warrington. Guide Price: £120,000 – £140,000. Previously £150,000 – £160,000
The sale at Old Trafford football ground includes 143 lots.
