Pugh & Co reveals April catalogue

A two-acre development site in Ellesmere Port is among the lots to be offered at Pugh & Co's Liverpool auction later this month.

Guided at £5,000 to £10,000, the land is in Oil Sites Road.

Other Liverpool properties being offered for sale include a three storey building on Smithdown Road, Liverpool, which includes fully let retail and student accommodation.

The building produces a combined annual income of more than £28,000 and has a guide price of £150,000 to £175,000.

In total, 29 lots will fall under the hammer at Pugh & Co's Liverpool auction at Aintree Racecourse on Tuesday 23 April. The sale is due to start at 2pm.

Pugh & Co's residential division, The Auction People, also has a number of vacant and residential investment lots on offer.

These include lot 53, Apartment 20, William Jessop Way, Liverpool, pictured above. The one-bedroom eighth floor apartment above the Malmaison hotel, situated at the Princes Dock, Liverpool, is guided at £70,000 to £80,000.

Lot 51, a fire-damaged two bedroom mid terraced property on Empress Road, Anfield is also going under the hammer with a guided price of £20,000 plus.
