Pugh & Co relocates to Haydock

Bilsdale Properties has let a 2,100 sq ft unit at The Parks in Haydock to auction house Pugh & Company.
Paul Thompson, director at Pugh & Co, said: "We are moving our head office from Preston which is part of the development of the company. We needed to expand into larger premises and the new office is more centrally located for our customers.
"We started in a small office in Preston in 1991 and are looking forward to moving to a new bigger office."
Pugh & Co, currently is based in Lockside Office Park in Preston, will join other tenants at The Parks including Speedy Hire and Halsall Solicitors.
King Sturge acted on behalf of the landlord. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
