Pugh & Co outlines April catalogue

Pugh & Co, the property auction house, is putting 110 lots up for sale at its latest auction taking place next month.

Properties include development opportunities such as former police stations and a magistrate court in Manchester and Cumbria, and the Lord Raglan pub in Radcliffe.

Pugh & Co said that an unprecedented number of bidders turned up to its February auctions, which achieved more than £11m in property sales.

Paul Thompson, auctioneer and managing director at Pugh & Co, said: “After the success of our February auction which saw record attendances we are now looking forward to our April auction. The April catalogue has a superb range of investment opportunities including a large amount of development land across the North West, retail investments in Yorkshire and a portfolio of residential properties in North Wales. With over 125 lots being offered across our Leeds and Manchester auctions, we continue to introduce sellers to buyers in a buoyant property market.”

Pugh’s April auction will be held on 21 April at Manchester City’s Etihad stadium.
