The next auction by Pugh & Company, on 13 October in the West Stand at Old Trafford football ground, currently contains 138 lots.
The largest by guide price is £750,000 for 2-10 Princes Street, situated on the junction of Princes Street and Tiviot Dale in Stockport town centre.
Details of the vendor were not disclosed but the retail investment currently produces £75,000 a year in rent, with Cash Converters UK occupying 6-10 Princes Street on a 10 year lease at £30,000 a year.
There are also a number of pubs for sale including The Plough Inn, which is vacant and situated on Park Road in Wrexham. It is guided at £65,000 plus.
