Public relations firm appointed for One St Peter’s Square

Argent and Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund have appointed PAPR to act as the public relations consultants for the 273,000 sq ft office building being built in Manchester's St Peter's Square.

Anna de la Perrelle, partner at PAPR, said: "One St Peter's Square will become a new landmark building for Manchester providing exceptional office accommodation in the heart of a traditional business district which will be further enhanced by the public realm works that are also being undertaken in the Square.

"We already have excellent working relationships with the joint letting agents, GVA and Savills and are confident that together with Argent and GMPVF, we will prove to be a formidable team."

GMPVF and Argent secured one of the region's most sought after requirements after agreeing on a 65,000 sq ft letting at One St Peter's Square with KPMG.

Work is due to start on site before the end of October following the appointment of the contractor for the building, which will be announced in the coming weeks.

PAPR is based in Peter House on Oxford Road in Manchester city centre and founded by de la Perrelle and her company partner Penny Audsley.
