Prospect Homes hires to grow portfolio

Liverpool-based developer, Prospect GB, has appointed Sam Payne as assistant land buyer to support the expansion of its build programme across the North.

Payne previously worked at NPL Developments, where he was involved in land allocation, acquisition and planning for residential and commercial.

At Prospect GB, he will work on the acquisition of prime development land and planning applications on behalf of the company's residential division, Prospect Homes.

Payne said: "We are currently entering an exciting new phase of growth with major developments of new homes launched this summer in Chorley and Timperley. I'll be helping to build on that growth as the company seeks to identify new opportunities for residential development."

Prospect Homes has nine other ongoing developments in Glossop, Chester, Manchester, Salford Quays, Bury, Bradford and Nottingham. The commercial division, Prospect Commercial, has a portfolio of nine developments in Liverpool, Poynton, Chester, Sheffield and Flint in North Wales.
