Prospect appoints Thompson to help realise £40m turnover

Former King Sturge partner Jane Thompson has joined property development and investment company Prospect as its development manager.

Thompson was appointed by the Warrington-based company, which is a subsidiary of housing organisation the Riverside Group, to source commercial and residential development opportunities which it says will help Prospect achieve its ambitions of a £40m turnover within five years.

Chartered surveyor Thompson was previously a partner at King Sturge where she was in charge of development consultancy, and senior lending manager at the Nationwide Building Society.

Prospect was established in 2000 and currently has a steady turnover of over £6m.
