Prospect appoints new commercial manager
Warrington-based developer and investor Prospect GB has appointed Robert Roddy as commercial property manager.
Roddy is a former acquisitions manager at Peel Holdings and joins Prospect GB after a spell running his own business. Prospect is a subsidiary of the Riverside Group, one of the UK's largest social landlords.
Roddy will be responsible for managing a commercial property portfolio that includes Meridian Business Village at Hunts Cross, Liverpool, Kingsfield Court on Chester Business Park, Ascot House on Trident Business Park in Warrington and London House in Poynton. The firm also owns the White Moss, Skelmersdale and Aber Park, Flint commercial development sites.
Prospect recently announced that it will build 457 new houses in the next four years, having acquired four sites in Manchester, Bury, Wirral and Bradford from Lowry Homes.
