Property investor relocates in Altrincham

Philip J Davies Holdings has taken office space at My Buro, 20 Market Street in Altrincham town centre.

The property investment company is moving from Grosvenor House, The Downs, also in Altrincham. The 1,382 sq ft space in The Buro was taken on a five-year lease at a rent of £16/sq ft.

Key projects for the firm include the £6m speculative refurbishment of its Northern Quarter asset Sevendale House, which is currently nearing completion by OBI Property.
