Promotions at Pozzoni

Altrincham-based architect Pozzoni has changed its status from a partnership to a limited company and has made a number of senior internal promotions.

Jamie Wood, Martin Bransby and Catherine Mulley have all been promoted to director and will lead the commercial team, leisure team and education team respectively.

Wood replaces Stewart Grant as head of commercial, while Bransby and Mulley are in newly-created roles.

Andrew Smith and Stuart Stubbs have been made technical directors.

Further promotions include Alex McGuire, Emma Tanti, Liz Brown, David Spoors and Gareth King who have all been promoted to associates and Darren Yates has stepped up to become a senior architectural technologist.

According to Pozzoni, the decision to change its status from a partnership to a limited company is 'in order to create a flexible structure for growth and succession'.

The former partners are now all directors, led by David Hughes as chief executive.

Pozzoni has 90 employees across its Altrincham and London offices.

David Hughes, chief executive of Pozzoni, said: "The promotions we have made are well deserved and reflect the hard work, enthusiasm and talent within the Pozzoni team.

"We have ambitious plans to significantly grow the business over the next three years. Therefore we felt that it was the right time to make these changes and invest further in our team as it will be the driving force behind the growth."
