Promotions at JLL

Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted 18 staff in the North West in its latest round of UK promotions.

Moving up to national director level – the firm's third highest management tier – are Paul Aldridge in planning and development; Dan Burn, head of industrial agency in the region, and Kieran McLaughlin in the residential team.

Eight consultants were promoted to local director: Tim Aitchison and Steve Tutty from project and development services team; John Lafferty from planning and development; Jill Renison in property and asset management; Mark Stillitoe, industrial and logistics; Ann O'Neil from rating; Shannon Conway from residential, and Greg Ball in office agency.

Helen McKeown, from the project and development services team, Andrew Hilbourne, capital markets investment practice, Paul Murray from property and asset management services, and Louise Emmott in residential, all become associate directors.

Joe Bradbury, project and development services, Tim Price from rating, and Robert Hogarth from residential, all become senior surveyors.

Jones Lang LaSalle employs 150 staff across Manchester and Liverpool.
