Steve Capper, Alistair Chapman, Lee Fraine and Nick Nelson have all been promoted at the firm's Manchester office.
Nick Nelson, in office agency, Steve Capper, industrial, and Lee Fraine were all promoted to associate director.
Alistair Chapman in investment consultancy was made a senior surveyor.
John Ogden, managing director of CBRE North West, said: "These latest promotions are in recognition of the continuing high level of service and commitment that these individuals have demonstrated throughout their time at CBRE."
CBRE employs 79 members of staff across both its Manchester and Liverpool offices. There were no promotions in the Liverpool office.
