Promotion at WHR

WHR Property Consultancy has promoted Oliver Rowe to associate director.

Rowe works with partners Mark Williams and Dan Crossley in the investment department. He has been with WHR for four years and transferred from the office agency team in 2013.

Williams said: "Oliver's promotion is in recognition of his achievements and consistent hard work. He has a strong understanding of the investment market and is a valuable member of our team working closely with Dan and myself. As a team we have been involved in some of the most significant investment deals that Manchester has seen this year including the recent sale of Ship Canal House for £26m and St James's House for £21m and are set to complete on several other deals before the end of the year."

The Manchester-based property consultancy has just celebrated its tenth anniversary and currently employs 28 people.
