Promotion at SAS Daniels

North West law firm SAS Daniels has promoted James Clarke to real estate partner, based in its head office in Stockport.

With expertise in acting for strategic land promoters, Clarke returned to SAS Daniels' Stockport office in 2012 after training with the firm in 2005 and going on to spend five years at a Cheshire-based developer and land promoter Gladman.

Part of the 34-strong real estate team, Clarke will advise on all non-contentious commercial real estate and construction matters, from acquisition to disposal, specialising in strategic land promotion and residential development.
