Proman relocates head office to Trafford Park

The European recruitment agency has taken more than 6,000 sq ft at Think Park.

The move marks a slight downsize for Proman Recruitment, with the company taking an office that’s around 200 sq ft smaller than its old headquarters off Flixton Road in Urmston.

Proman will occupy part of the ground floor at Building Two at Think Park, where the company’s 55 workers will have easy access to the site’s amenities – including a restaurant, gym, auditorium and client lounge.

Matthews & Goodman advised Proman on the move and project managed the fit out. Knights Solicitors also advised the company. JLL advised the Think Park landlord.

Proman strategy and corporate resources director Patrick Ramsdale said the move represented a “significant culture change” for the company.

“We wanted to provide an engaging and professional work environment to our employees and give them the amenities and platform to develop individually and as a business,” Ramsdale said.

“Matthews & Goodman identified a number of options, however, Think Park immediately felt like the perfect fit,” he continued. “Despite a rather protracted exchange process, we felt extremely supported and well advised by Matthews & Goodman. Now the refurbishment is complete, we are delighted with our new head office.”

Matthews & Goodman national business space team member Steve Brittle said: “The main driver for the relocation was the firm’s desire to optimise their workspace during the pandemic. They sought space which facilitated a collaborative, blended working environment whilst also being reflective of their brand and culture. Think Park delivered on all of these objectives”.

Think Park is located off Mosley Road and offers more than 27,500 sq ft of grade A office space.
