Private equity firm moves to Abito

Infinity Asset Management, a fund manager and property investment advisor, has taken 4,500 sq ft of commercial space in the Abito building in Salford Quays.

The move follows a number of recent appointments at Infinity taking the number of employees to 18, advising on business and property investment both in the UK and overseas.

Infinity is currently based in Clarence Street, Manchester, and has assets worth more than £500m under management or advice.

The landlord of the unit is Number 6 Properties.

Daniel Finestein, chief executive of Infinity, said: “Since our launch, we’ve experienced significant growth against a challenging economic backdrop. As the business has evolved, we’ve begun operating on an increasingly international basis. However, our roots have remained firmly in Manchester. Moving to the new office space will allow us to prepare for future growth and support our enhanced focus on imminent projects specifically targeted at the North West.”
