Priority Sites seals first deal at Turnstone

OMG Plumbing and Heating has taken a 3,000 sq ft unit at Priority Sites' new Turnstone Business Park in the emerging Widnes Waterfront area.

The occupier relocated from Bold Trading Estate, Widnes to the park, which comprises a total of 60,000 sq ft of industrial and hybrid office/industrial space.

Murray Carr, area development manager for Priority Sites, explained: "Since the scheme was completed in March of this year, three units are already under offer to a variety of companies.

"We have worked very hard, in conjunction with Halton council, to provide new business accommodation that responds successfully to current market demand. Our hallmark recipe of hybrid accommodation, which dedicates a generous 50% of the space to high quality offices and the remainder to warehousing, is the kind of flexibility business owners in the area are looking for."

Priority Sites is a public-private joint venture between Royal Bank of Scotland and English Partnerships.

Turnstone offers self-contained units from 1,174 sq ft to 6,616 sq ft for sale or rent. Agents on the scheme are the Eileen Bilton Partnership and King Sturge.
