Priority Sites’ Aintree trade park 70% full

Priority Sites said its Brookfield Business Park in Aintree was now 70% let or sold after securing electrical wholesale company, Aintree Electrical Supplies, to a 4,072 sq ft trade unit.

Since the 13-unit, 57,000 sq ft scheme completed in February half of the space has been sold and 20% is currently under offer.

Other occupiers at the park include national kitchen specialist Magnet, which operates a 14,000 sq ft Magnet Trade store from the park.

Brookfield is located three miles from the M57 motorway and four miles north of Liverpool city centre.

Priority Sites now plans to bring forward a further 76,000 sq ft of speculative industrial space, in response to the success of the first phase of development.

Hitchcock Wright & Partners acted for Priority Sites on the sale. GVA Grimley is joint agent on the site.
