Printing facility sold to pharmaceuticals firm

Newspaper publisher Newsquest has sold a former printing hall in Bolton to local drugs company M&A Pharmachem.
The new owner paid £2m for the 40,000 sq ft unit on Wingates Industrial Park, close to Junction 6 of the M61.
Julien Kenny-Levick at Colliers International Manchester advised Newsquest. He said: "This sale demonstrates that demand is returning for well located, quality freehold accommodation where owners work with purchasers in order to achieve a common goal."
M&A Pharmachem was not represented.
