Prime student house in next Sutton Kersh sale

A four-storey Grade 2-listed town house on Pilgrim Street in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter is among 91 lots in Sutton Kersh's next auction on 3 April.

The six-bed student accommodation investment is currently let by way of an assured shorthold tenancy at a passing rent of £31,500 a year and will be offered as the final lot of the day guided at £295,000-plus.
