Preston County Hall contract offered

The building design and construction unit of Lancashire County Council is seeking a mechanical engineering consultant to carry out the refurbishment of Preston County Hall, Christ Church Precinct.

The contract involves carrying out outline proposals, detailed design, tender and delivery of the mechanical services for a defined package of work.

The value of the contract was not disclosed.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 10am on 12 February.
