PPS Commercials signs in Bury

Lorry dealer and manufacturer, PPS Commercials, has agreed a 15-year lease on 60,000 sq ft on Pilsworth Road in Bury.
The unit and five acres of land, owned by a private landlord, are close to the M66, connecting to the M60 orbital.
Paul Nolan, director at Nolan Redshaw, letting agent, said: "This letting has been achieved as a result of the hard work and effort put in by our agency team. Once PPS Commercials identified this property, we worked with them and their advisors to ensure a successful conclusion was ultimately reached."
PPS Commercials is relocating from Cemetery Road in Radcliffe.
Nolan Redshaw is sole agent on the scheme. PPS Commercials was represented by Lamb & Swift.
