PPG markets second phase of Leyland industrial park

Developer PPG has appointed Knight Frank and King Sturge to market the 34,000 sq ft second phase of Centurion Way, its industrial scheme in Leyland near Preston.

Phase one, comprising three units, is fully occupied by Chorley & South Ribble PCT, Leyland Service Centre and Leyland Exports.

Simon Dixon of PPG said: "With the unit now completed we are pleased to be able to offer to the market a good quality detached warehouse unit with good motorway connections, which is well placed to serve both the Leyland and Preston markets off the M6 as well as the M65 corridor. We are able to offer the unit on either a leasehold or freehold package at competitive terms for premises of this quality."
