Portland Walk units on market

GVA has been appointed to sell five two-storey retail units for £3.3m on behalf of LPA Receivers, in the Portland Walk Shopping Centre in Barrow-in-Furness.
Current tenants include Card Factory, O2, Game, New Look and River Island, which represent an annual total income of around £385,500. GVA said this is set to rise to more than £400,000 by October 2014.
GVA said the units present a prime retail investment opportunity.
Portland Walk is an open air shopping centre and totals 200,000 sq ft. The centre is anchored by a Debenhams store and other occupiers include WHSmith, JD Sports, Boots, TopShop and Clintons.
