Polti UK agrees lease at Trafford Park

DTZ Investment Management has let 8,163 sq ft Unit G3 on Wheel Forge Way in Trafford Park, Manchester to the manufacturer of small electrical steam appliances.

Polti UK has agreed a new five-year lease on the unit at an annual rent of £53,060.

DTZ Investment Management was represented by Savills in the deal.
