Polish social club sold in Cheetham Hill

Tahir Solicitors has bought The Polish Circle Club on Cheetham Hill Road located between Cheetham Hill and Crumpsall in north Manchester.
The 9,240 sq ft community centre was owned by a consortium known as The Polish circle and was being marketed at £650,000. Tahir Solicitors own an adjacent building.
Oliver Rowe, a surveyor at WHR Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of the consortium, said: "We were delighted to have secured a purchaser for this building less than three months after being instructed to market it, which is testament to the strategy that we advised our clients to adopt."
