Pochin’s tops out at Crewe Business Park

Pochin’s has reached a major milestone on Radius Payment Solutions’ new headquarters at Crewe Business Park ahead of the project completing in spring 2018.

The 66,000 sq ft office campus will house up to 500 Radius employees once it completes next year. Pochin’s have now reached the highest point at the four-storey building, which will include offices alongside a gym, communal meeting areas and a café.

Pochin’s is acting as developer and builder on the project, having sold the two-acre plot to Radius for an undisclosed sum last year. The scheme was granted planning approval in early 2017.

Bill Holmes, chief executive of Radius Payment Solutions, said: “Today marks a major milestone in the development of our new global HQ. I know that our staff are watching the campus take shape with real anticipation – ultimately, this is for them and we look forward to welcoming everyone here next year.”

Bob Nicholson, director at Pochin’s, added: “We are excited to be entering the final stages of a project that will no doubt contribute to the continued growth of Crewe and the wider Cheshire economy.

“We’re working hand in hand with Radius to bring to life a high quality working environment reflective of the success of the business, and one that can act as a shining example of the huge potential of Crewe for high-growth businesses in the North West.”

Consultants on the scheme include How Planning, AEW Architects, ABA Consultants, Abacus and SI Sealy. Agents for the scheme are Legat Owen and Matthews & Goodman.
