Pochin’s announces £27m construction pipeline

The Middlewich-based construction and property development company has secured a series of contract wins across the North West and Wales totaling £27m.

A total of seven contracts have been agreed with work due to begin shortly:

The projects are:

  • 91,000 sq ft office for Moneypenny in Wrexham, £10m contract
  • Reaseheath College in Cheshire, £3.5m
  • 110,000 sq ft industrial unit for DB Symmetry and Legal & General at M6Epic, Wigan, £4.4m
  • 21,000 sq ft Fiat and Citroen garage Swansway in Chester, £3m
  • Two-storey laboratory for the Lighting Industry Association in Telford, £2m
  • Office extension in Holmes Chapel for Sanofi, £2.5m
  • Supported living facility for HB Villages in Sandbach, £1.6m
