Pochin signs tenant at Emperor Court

Pochin Property has secured WEX Europe Services as a new tenant for its Emperor Court development in Crewe Business Park.

WEX is taking 7,421 sq ft in the 21,700 sq ft building, joining neighbours DEFRA, Barclays, Virgin Trains and Fujitsu who also occupy space in the business park. WEX is due to move into the space in April 2014.

Malcolm Joyce, chief operating officer at WEX Europe Services, said: "The move to Emperor Court is a great opportunity to expand our services, as working from Crewe Business Park provides top of the line facilities and strong transport services to the rest of the country."

Brian Reay, director at Pochin Property, said: "We're pleased to be welcoming an excellent new tenant to Emperor Court. Crewe Business Park is based a quarter of a mile from Crewe Railway Station, which has regular links to London and the rest of the UK, making it an ideal space for growing businesses."

Lamont Commercial of Nantwich and Matthews & Goodman of Manchester advised Pochin Property. Pochin Property's legal advice is from Read Roper & Read of Manchester.
