Pochin sells Cheshire plot for residential

Pochin Developments has sold 0.6 acres of land at West Street in Crewe to Thomas Jones Homes of Chelford.
The land was part of a retail development by Pochin which started on site in August to develop 5,000 sq ft of retail accommodation of which 4,000 sq ft has been pre-let to the Co-operative.
Since acquiring the land, Thomas Jones has been awarded planning consent to build nine three-bedroom homes on the site and work will begin on site shortly.
Meanwhile, work on Pochin's retail development is on target for completion in early 2011. The 1,000 sq ft retail unit adjacent to the Co-operative is available to let via commercial agents Butters John Bee.
