Pochin hands over revamped Gee Cross pub

Pochin Construction, part of Cheshire-based Pochin, has completed the 12-month, £584,000 refurbishment of the Grapes public house in Gee Cross, Cheshire on behalf of landlord Frederic Robinsons.

Antony Pochin commented: "The Grapes occupies a prominent position in Gee Cross but has been in need of a facelift for a number of years, so we are proud to play a part in bringing this much-loved public house back to its former glory. Pochin was the original contractor to have built the Frederic Robinsons bottling centre in Stockport, when production began in 1975, so it is great to be able to continue that legacy and be involved in the refurbishment of prestige schemes, like the Grapes, across the North West."
