Pochin enjoys run of deals at Halton estate

Pochin's has reported several new tenants at its Expressway Industrial Estate joint venture with Halton council in Runcorn.

Halton Haven Hospice has taken 2,000 sq ft at the 28,000 sq ft estate. Pochin said a further three unnamed local operators have taken a total of 6,900 sq ft. Units start from 900 sq ft.

Existing occupiers include Newey & Eyre, Jellyjam Audio and The Plumb Centre.

Andrew Smethurst, estates manager at Pochin, said: "During these challenging times we are working with tenants to provide an environment that can adapt to meet their requirements."

Edmund Kirby is letting and managing agent at the estate.
