Pochin director sells £9,300 of shares

Antony Pochin, operations director for Pochin Special Projects, a subsidiary of Cheshire-based property and construction group Pochin, has sold 15,000 shares in the company at a price of 62p a share.

He now has 69,065 shares in the company, equivalent to 0.33% of the total share capital.

The 12-month high for the Pochin share price came in March 2010 when it reached 87p. The current share price of 62p values the business at £12.9m.

In January, Pochin reported a reduced pre-tax loss of £470,000 for the six months to 30 November 2010, compared to a loss of £4.37m in the same period of 2009.
