Plus Dane to host first-time buyers’ show

An event in Ellesmere Port on Saturday 12 June will bring house-hunters together with builders, mortgage experts and solicitors.

The event is being organised by HomesHub, part of the Plus Dane Group, a housing association and the Government's HomeBuy agent for Merseyside and Cheshire. The event is supported by the Homes & Communities Agency and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

The event promises to give first-time buyers all the help they need as they take their first steps. Homeshub offer a range of help for first-time buyers, including rent now, buy later schemes, low cost loans and much more.

The event is being held at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall from 10am-3pm and entry is free.

In 2009, the same event in Merseyside, also organised by HomesHub, attracted more than 500 visitors, several of whom went on to buy their first homes with government assistance.
