Wilson Bowden has submitted a planning application for 600,000 sq ft of industrial space at the 420-acre Kingsway business park in Rochdale.
The unit, earmarked for an undisclosed occupier, will include 250,000 sq ft of mezzanine space for storage and assembly purposes.
Robert Grafton, development director at Wilson Bowden Developments, commented: "Even in this difficult market, Kingsway is attracting a high level of interest and enquiries."
There are currently three units on Plot E ready for occupation, of 19,679 sq ft, 34,307 sq ft and 33,500 sq ft.
