MCR Property Group subsidiary Intro Developments has submitted its proposals for a 15-storey building totalling 174 apartments at Old Trafford.
The block, designed by Leach Rhodes Walker, will be built on an existing car park site to the rear of Trafford Plaza, a former Bruntwood office block acquired at the end of last year.
The stepped building will face Seymour Park, and is set to rise from 10 to 15 storeys with a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and 160 parking spaces, alongside 170 bike spaces.
Prices for the apartments have not been announced but are expected to range from £150,000 to £220,000.
The existing Trafford Plaza building already has permitted development rights permission to be converted into 90 apartments.
