Infrared Capital Partners’ is looking to expand Triumph Business Park in Speke by adding an additional six units, subdivided to create space for 12 businesses.
The units range between 36,000 sq ft and 12,400 sq ft and, if approved by Liverpool City Council, the project would bring the business park to almost 1m sq ft.
The site is located in the south-west corner of the park, and is currently vacant aside from a small plot used as a 46-space car park. Another car park with space for up to 293 cars is planned for the development.
Triumph Business Park provides 800,000 sq ft and houses manufacturing, storage, distribution and commercial companies across the 60-acre site. Infrared acquired the site in October last year for £30m from an undisclosed vendor.

The L-shaped block would comprise 42 units above two ground-floor commercial spaces, one of 1,850 sq ft and another of 1,410 sq ft. The site is a cleared former petrol station on the corner of Burleigh Road South.
The proposal is for nine one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom apartments.
