PLANNING | Building conversions add to hotel provision

Plans from prolific hotel developer Signature Living for a scheme in the city centre, and the conversion of a 50,000 sq ft empty office at Liverpool Innovation Park are among proposals recommended for consent at Liverpool City Council’s first planning committee of the year.
