Planning approval at Cheshire school

HOW Planning has successfully secured planning approval for the development of three new educational buildings on behalf of The Grange School in Hartford.

The project will provide the school with a new sports hall, sixth form centre, school hall and kitchen.

Architect Richard Eves designed the buildings to match the existing school. The school will begin construction as soon as possible.

Carol Clarke, associate at HOW Planning, said: "The work will improve the quality of the schools educational facilities and is an excellent result for current and future pupils."

Simon Dorset, operations director of The Grange School, said: "We are delighted with this outcome as it allows us to focus on our plans for the future.

"The continued physical development of the school is crucial to ensure the high standards of educational provision are maintained as we move forward."
