PLANNING | £150m Sir Henry Royce gains consent from Manchester councillors
The University of Manchester’s new Government-funded research facility has been approved, as have 183 apartments to be built by Fred Done’s development company in the Northern Quarter, and 188 flats in Castlefield despite fierce opposition from locals.
