Places for People to refresh offices

Preston-headquartered national housing association Places for People has appointed a team to refurbish offices around the country.

The work will be carried out by Kier Northern, Morris & Spottiswood and George Sharkey & Sons. Places for People has 13 offices around the UK.

Places for People said the lowest offer for the work was £3m and the highest offer was £5m and eight offers were received.
