Place readership soon to pass 30,000
To mark the Half Year Review published today on Place, we wanted to update you on our own performance. Place's readership has more than doubled since the start of the year.
In January the number of unique visitors to the website was 13,781. As of this morning, the monthly readership – for 28 June to 28 July – shows 29,827, a rise of 116%.
Place is now by far and away the best read property publication among the people who count in the North West.
Since we introduced the daily newsletter and went to a free model in September 2009 the daily newsletter has established itself as a unique package of stories with breadth of subject and geography unmatched by our rivals regionally or nationally. During the first half of 2010 Place also ran a series of events and produced features tailored to topics affecting the regeneration community: Low Carbon Forum and Green Week; Place on Tour week during March; the Cheshire West & North Wales Property Forum in May; CVA briefing; Retail Development Update to name a few. There are more to come with a packed schedule for the autumn and New Year.
Our partnerships continue to grow and to strengthen. In the first half of 2010 we have worked with Hill Dickinson, Morris & Spottiswood, Corridor Manchester, St Helens Council, Cheshire West & Chester Council, DTM Legal, KenneyMoore Property Consultants, Environment Agency, Places Matter!, Halliwells, Beever and Struthers, Wyre Council, Envirolink Northwest, Urban Splash, Knowsley Council, Chester Renaissance, Stockport Council, RIBA, Centre for Construction Innovation North West, Brabners Chaffe Street, Forbes Solicitors, Bolton Council, Aztec Group, Baltic Creative, KBL Solicitors, Roland Dransfield PR, Starnet Design, Miller Metcalfe Commercial, Hurstwood, Travelodge, Belfry Group.
