Place event: Social Housing Forum

Place's ongoing series of special reports into the social housing market will culminate in a half-day conference at Lancashire County Cricket Club on the morning of Tuesday 19 October.

Social Housing SponsorsMaggie Shannon, director of performance and innovation at Great Places Housing Group, and Paul Beardmore, director of housing at Manchester City Council, will deliver keynote speeches on the future of the sector and housing policy.

The free-to-attend Place North West Social Housing Forum, sponsored by financial advisors KPMG and law firm Hill Dickinson, will include roundtable breakout sessions on funding, policy, build, community liaison and maintenance.

The forum will conclude with a panel debate featuring Bill Enevoldson, partner and head of social housing at KPMG, John Holmes, partner and head of planning at Hill Dickinson and Mark Seaborn, managing director of social housing management specialist Pennington Choices.

The event will begin at 8:30am and conclude with lunch at 1pm.
