Place event: Future of Property Finance

 Future Property FinancePlace North West, in association with GVA, McGrigors and the Co-operative Bank, are hosting a free half-day conference examining funding options for the development community going forward.

Among the keynote speakers on the day will be Iain Jenkinson, partner in planning, development and regeneration, who will outline public sector interventions in the market such as the European Investment Bank's Jessica programme.

Also presenting to the event will be Rob Dawson, senior manager in the property finance unit at the Co-operative Bank, and Alison Newton, head of regeneration at McGrigors, on tax-led vehicles and new joint venture structures.

The event on Thursday 19 May will take place at Ask Developments' One First Street in central Manchester from 1.15pm to 5pm.
