PJH Group occupies Walkden warehouse

PJH Group has taken the 60,000 sq ft unit two warehouse at Towngate Business Centre on Manchester Road West in Walkden, near Salford.

The Bolton-based bathroom and kitchen supplier has agreed a lease with owners Towngate and join other occupiers of the estate including Balfour Beatty, SWD Clothing Exports, Roe Green Transport and Tony Hill Transport.

Towngate said there is strong interest in the last remaining unit at the estate, consisting of 4,851 sq ft.

Littler & Associates and King Sturge acted as letting agents for Towngate. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
