Pinkus advises on Rok sale

Two units at Piper Court, Blackpool Business Park have been sold to APC Blackpool, a local courier company, by liquidators at PwC.

Robert Pinkus & Co advised PwC on the sale of the 6,400 sq ft premises, originally developed and owned by Rok Developments, which became insolvent in 2010.

Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "Units 14 and 15 Piper Court are the remaining two industrial units within the Rok portfolio to be sold at this location, which is great news for the business park. We are also acting for the liquidator in the disposal of Seneca House [offices] and the residual development land comprising 5.8 acres. We are confident a suitable buyer for this property can be found soon."
